I asked if there were any lease deals and he immediately took interest and set me up with a sales/lease Accosiate (Tatiana). The whole staff at white plains Honda was extremely friendly as if I were family. They offered to pick me up at my destination so I could drop off my old car and bring me back to Honda where my lease was being processed. Even the staff that didn't know if I was a sure customer was helpful and offered there advice and opinions. But as far as for Chris paranzino he is a class act! I'm not just saying this because I now lease a Honda (accord sport 2016) I am saying this because he is so easy going and fun to be around. You have to visit and see for yourself. White Plains Honda service center came to my rescue! I'm currently leasing a 2015 CRV- I've had 3 oil changes. I always have the oil changes done by Honda. So, at some point the oil plug falls out and I'm currently leasing a 2015 CRV- I've had 3 oil changes. I always have the oil changes done by Honda. So, at some point the oil plug falls out and empties out my oil tank over night. I obviously have no idea this has happened, I get into my car and drive 1/2 a mile when my oil light comes on then, the battery light comes on and the vehicle stalls... I have to have my vehicle towed and decide on White Plains Honda, they were not the nearest Honda service center but are affiliated with Paragon Honda which is who I am leasing the vehicle from (I was in Westchester County which is too far from Paragon Honda and much nearer to White Plains). I can't say enough about Angel Cruz the service manager- we spoke in advance while on the ride over to the service center and he reassured me he would take care of my situation and true to his word, he was waiting for me when the tow truck pulled into the service center. Angel was able to immediately ascertain the problem, explain what may have happened and what services were needed. I was very impressed with the way the entire service team worked together. They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and expeditiously got me back on the road. I will be bringing all my service business to White Plains Honda and recommend that you do so as well... I know Chris for 15 years and have never found a harder working guy than him. You have to be the best to become a Sales Manager and Chris is the best. He always makes himself available to answer any of my questions. In fact, this is the third car I bought from him. I follow Chris wherever he goes because he is very straight to the point and plays no games. There are no hidden fees with him and that is what I like! With Chris, it is not the typical car buying experience you may imagine. Before I bought my first Honda from him, I was leery about dealing with car salesman. That changed completely when I bought my car from Chris. Chris is truly a regular guy from the neighborhood.
