A Really Great Experience Car shopping is never an easy task as we all may know. Frustrated after going to many other dealerships in White Plains and surrounding cities, I fina Car shopping is never an easy task as we all may know. I was greated by Chris Parazino, the Manager, who helped me feel comfortable with the leasing process. He introduced me to one of his best sales associates Wilby Pena, who was very kind and understanding with my needs. Only having a week left before getting into a new lease, he assured me we would find the perfect car at the right price and sure enough, that's exactly what happened. I leased my first car this week with the outstanding assistance I received from Christoper Paranzino and Tatiana Gama of White Plains Honda. I had been shopping around for a new car for weeks and was frustrated with this new, seemingly overwhelming process and not getting people to return my calls. Just when I was ready to give up on getting a Honda, someone recommended I call Chris. I called him on a whim around noon and was in a new car by dinnertime. Chris and Tatiana went above and beyond to help me understand the process and put me in the car I wanted. They were super accommodating of the fact that I am not local to the dealership by processing a lot of my information and paperwork over the phone to lessen the amount of time I would spend sitting in the dealership. It is refreshing to receive such spectacular customer service; when Chris or Tatiana said “let me process this and call you back in five minutes,” I could have set my watch they were so accurate. Not only was the service outstanding but they made sure I was able to afford the car I wanted. They were honest about financing options and what would best work with by budget, as a full time student and a retail employee, money can be tight and they were very accommodating about that. I was confident that I was working with sincere, hardworking people who understood my situation and wanted what was best for me. I wouldn’t tell anyone to go anywhere else other than White Plains Honda; Christoper Paranzino and Tatiana Gama made my first car buying experience an exceptionally pleasant one. More
