5 Star Customer Service! I came in during the week to lease the new 2016 Honda Accord EXL. I had gone to a few other dealerships to shop but no other place had assistance as g I came in during the week to lease the new 2016 Honda Accord EXL. I dealt directly with Tatiana Gama who was not only well-versed in her knowledge of finance plans and car models, she was extremely kind and patient. Tatiana walked me through the entire process and answered all the questions I had. I've driven Hondas all my life and today I was reminded why I stick with them - great cars and great customer service. Chris Paranzino, Chris Walls, and Johnathan Rios also chimed in a few times on questions I had and were wonderful people. They really do treat you like family.
