He doesn't push me to buy anything I don't want nor does he give me all that sales crap that the phone calls and mail give me. He's raw and honest and doesn't waste my time. I've read all the complaints that some people write, but they have nothing to do with sales or the treatment that you get from the sales people. When Chris gives me a price he's making sure it is in my price range and doesn't waste time selling me something I can't handle. He knows his customers and that is why I keep coming back to him. He has put together a top-notch team to make sure you have the best experience. Our sales person John Petruolo, could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly the car as soon as possible. Since there were so many new and great features, we had an extremely helpful young woman, Rachael Arellano, who took a lot of time and shoed us the many features and how everything worked.
