He did an amazing job of moving everything along as quickly and efficiently as possible. An excellent salesman. Sam Captellio, in the finance dept., had all of the paperwork organized and ready for me when I arrived and also moved that process along without any delay. Finally, Raquel Arellano gave me an overview tutorial of the vehicle itself. She sat with me 1/2 hour and walked me through all of the car's many features and offered her assistance in the future should any questions or issues come up. Many thanks to all of them and I would highly recommend White Plains Honda to anyone looking for a purchase or lease of a new vehicle. More

Bait and switch sales tactics, waste of time I came in here and knew exactly what I wanted. I had seen the car at another dealer and gotten a descent price on it. I wanted my wife to see the car I came in here and knew exactly what I wanted. I had seen the car at another dealer and gotten a descent price on it. I wanted my wife to see the car and see if they could do any better. When Teddy gave me his numbers I thanked him but told him he was very high and I had gotten a lower price elsewhere. When I told him the price he said it was impossible, and they were going to do a bait and switch on me because it was too low and their dealership doesn't do business that way. As I was leaving he came running out and told me he could beat their price by $30 a month. I went through his deal details and was very specific, he said the manager said they could do it 100%. Before coming back I called to confirm all the details again. I was assured there was no problem. I didn't go through with the other dealership and when I came back to Teddy at White Plains Honda I knew immediately he was playing games. He came no where near the price he told me. I don't think even met the other dealer's price. He did exactly what he said they don't do, bait and switch. Big waste of time and underhanded sneaky sales tactics. More
