My sales rep Tatiana was very easy going and made the sales process go very smooth. Sales manager Christopher was awesome made me a deal that no other dealers could make. Mohammad the Finance manger was best made the finance process go so smooth I was out of there in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Mr. Paranzino worked out all the numbers with me and made me feel comfortable with my choice so much so that I was even under the original budget that I set for myself. Mr. Bermudez was excellent and extremely courteous. He made sure that all the details of the deal went smoothly and stayed with me on the process all the way to finance. I can't believe the amount of dedication that both Mr. Paranzino and Mr. Bermudez gave to my transaction. Normally this process is very difficult and beyond frustrating but they made it a hassle free experience. I'm so happy that I was able to do business with both christopher paranzino and Ariel Bermudez. In the future I will always do business with white plains Honda. Avoid at ALL COSTS.....SHOP AROUND! Do yourself a favor and SHOP AROUND. Ask them about the "Admin Fee" when they try to write it into the lease. THEN, go to ANY other Honda dealership a Do yourself a favor and SHOP AROUND. Ask them about the "Admin Fee" when they try to write it into the lease. THEN, go to ANY other Honda dealership and they will tell you NO SUCH THING as an Admin Fee. This is one of so many examples of how the WP dealership rolls. Don't take my word, GO TO WP, then go to another and see what they say. Avoid at all costs, especially the "Sales Manager" Chris. Accused my girlfriend of being a LIAR and asked to see documentation on a prior lease AFTER WE HAD BOUGHT TWO CARS from him in the past three months!! I kid you not! Again, don't believe me, go see for yourself. More
