He walked us through the entire process, took us on the test drive, explained many of the features to us, and went through all of our available options. He was not a high pressure salesperson at all. His sales demeanor was very courteous, easy going, and professional. I couldn't recommend him enough. Overall, we were really happy with the entire experience at the dealership. The manager, Chris Paranzino, was great to work with also, he was really on top of things. And the finance manager was a wonderful guy also. I know it seems crazy that a dealership was this good. But, it's true. This was our experience. And to top it all off we got a great price! I highly recommend this this dealership! More

LOOKING FOR A GREAT DEALERSHIP? YOU WON'T FIND IT HERE! I came to White Plains Honda after reading the great reviews about Chris Paranzino. I called several local Honda dealers to request quotes and when I I came to White Plains Honda after reading the great reviews about Chris Paranzino. I called several local Honda dealers to request quotes and when I tried to call white Plains Honda, none of my calls were returned. After calling about four times I gave up and later that night was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back from Chris. We agreed to meet the following day. On Saturday, my fiancé and I arrived around 2:00 and introduced ourselves to Chris. I told Chris exactly what I wanted and he assured me that all though they didn't have it in stock, he'd be able to get it. He then turns us over to introduce us to his sales associate Louis. Louis then proceeded to show us other models they had in stock but still not the one I had wanted. I then stated I received a quote from there dealership on true car for the make and model with an MSRP of $22,000. He responded with "that deal is only for finances." I replied "That doesn't make any sense because if they were able to offer such a low price on finances, it just goes to show how much wiggle room there is on a lease. He then insisted that there would be no better deal then the one he was offering. Before he could continue, I received a call about an inquiry I put in from another Honda dealership. I was informed they had the exact model and color of the car I was looking for. All of a sudden Louis and Chris had a better deal for me. We shook hands and agreed on the "better price" they offered. I then received a second call from this dealership, offering a lower price then what they initially offered. Upon learning about the news, Chris and Louis then became erratic and started offering deals they knew they would not be able to follow through with and continued to insist (lying) that no other dealership would have that car in stock. I then stated I wanted to see the vehicle in person and got up to leave when Louis starting throwing out numbers he knew he couldn't match for the sole purpose of keeping me there. Sure enough I got the deal of a lifetime at the other dealership but before signing gave Louis the courtesy of a phone call, to see if he could actually give me "the best deal price" that I was promised. He then began talking in circles and giving excuses as to why he couldn't match the price. It just goes to show these guys will say and do anything to get you through the door, be prepared and call around so you don't have an experience like I did. More
