THINK AGAIN BEFORE EVEN CALLING Doesn't look like these guys need another terrible review, but I thought it was only fair to share my experience so others know how these guys behave Doesn't look like these guys need another terrible review, but I thought it was only fair to share my experience so others know how these guys behave BEFORE they go in. So I called WPH (White Plains Honda) yesterday about buying a Honda Accord. After a few back and forths, they agreed to sell the car to me at a specified price - I made sure to ask if the price was an out the door price, including license, registration, taxes, etc. I was psyched to go in to get the car. When I arrived, the sales person said the price that I'd agreed to on the phone didn't include registration and plates... that this would be an additional $350 - wow! I bought the car anyway, but then called the first person I spoke with to tell her that the price she quoted me over the phone was NOT the price I was asked to pay. She put me in touch with a customer service rep, who was RUDE and OBNOXIOUS. He said, "You got a great deal! You have nothing to complain about." Then, he said, "So, you wanna cancel the order?". In truth, I didn't want to cancel, but because he had such a terrible attitude, I went ahead and asked that the order be canceled. Then, the sales manager calls, and says, "Oh, you can't cancel an order once it's been placed." Then, she says she was sitting next to the obnoxious customer service rep who I spoke with earlier and said he never offered to cancel the order for me. When I explained what happened, she said, "You got a great deal. You can go ahead and cancel and pay more somewhere else." I don't buy cars that often, but I feel like it's a stressful time. These guys are EXACTLY the opposite of the kind of people I want to be sitting across from when I make that kind of a purchase. THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE EVEN CALLING THESE GUYS. More
