After walking into the showroom all our questions were quickly answered and we were in a car for a test drive super quickly. We had been at other dealers that same day and were highly disappointed that other sales reps couldn't arrange a test drive or couldn't provide straight answers to basic questions on trade-in value and what's available on their lot. We felt that White Plains Honda was more then fair on the new car price and our trade-in value. I'd highly recommend working with Richard Alvarez and Chris Paranzio. More

I'm super thrilled with my second experience at White Plains Honda and I will be back. They made a nearly impossible deal possible, by doing everything within their power to cater to my needs. I truly appreciate their attentiveness and dedication. They were able to handle all of the paper work and back-end in a timely manner and once I was back in the store it was a matter of picking up the keys. Bad practices If you want to be bullied, harassed, and belittled just walk in and talk to this guy. His methods and trying to play the money game is ridiculous! I visited other dealerships and was able to save so much more money in what he was presenting. I was very offended on how they all acted as they were sharks and dealt with you like a number and not like a human being. I have shared my ugly experience with all my friends and family. I cannot give any positive recommendations to this nasty business of Honda white plains ! More
