I bought a 2006 Mitsibishi Gallant. Before purchasing I spent 2 months looking all over the Twin City. Rex and this dealership were a breath of fresh air. Took 4 weeks to look at New cars at 9 various (Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi) dealerships and met Mike Holly at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi who took us for test drives and explained various nu Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Mitsubishi) dealerships and met Mike Holly at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi who took us for test drives and explained various nuances between the Outlander and Outlander Sport. At home we focused at the 2011 Outlander Sport. We were looking for a good balance of Great MPG 25/31, Bigger than a Car, but smaller than a SUV. We like to do outdoor stuff - camping, cycling, kayaking. A little surprised the Sport doesn't come with the option to add a hitch for bikes to be carried on the back. Nonetheless we bought the Sport (getting one put in from U-Haul). Sport was rated by US News and World report as 'Best 2011 Car Value for the Money'. Adam and Mike patiently took half a day of reviewing various cars and options. We made up our mind. We even got $500 in loyalty bucks back for already having a Lancer already. 0% for 48 months is a great offering. Paperwork was quick - No pushy sales. Clean dealership, friendly personnel! We purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor and a used Buick Lacrosse at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi over the past year. The Endeavor was in excellent condition and has been delightful to own. The Buick developed some unexpected problems witin a week of when we purchased it. This situation was also quite complicated in that the car was purchased for family members in another state. Mary Beddar and the others at the dealership worked hard to make sure the Buick was fixed properly and did so in a timely fashion and at considerable expense on their part. It is a wonderful experience to find a dealership with such a high level of dedication to customer satisfaction and support. I highly recommend Mary Beddar and White Bear Lake Mitsubishi. More

Really felt like my satisfaction was as important to them as making the sale -- and I was purchasing a used car, not a new vehicle.
