While visiting the 2012 Auto Show we met and talked with the owner of White Bear Mitsubishi/Suzuki. We chatted about the iMev and I was impressed with him so when we began our new car search this dealershi the owner of White Bear Mitsubishi/Suzuki. We chatted about the iMev and I was impressed with him so when we began our new car search this dealership was on our list. As we drove in we met Randy Koppa. He was great and it was apparent he had a love of cars. That night after he heard what we were looking for he showed us a Suzuki SX4 sedan LE. We took a test drive and were very impressed. It was quite an amazing value for the price. We left that night with a new appreciation for Suzuki and really liked Randy. About a month or so later I stopped in again and met with Randy. At this point I wanted to compare pre-owned versus new. Randy showed us several options on the lot and we took a test drive in one of them. As we were leaving Randy mentioned that they have some pre-owned SX4's with zero down and 199/mo. It was very attractive. Then we talked about that option versus purchasing new because Suzuki has 0.0 APR available with zero down. That proved to be the best option for us. When I contacted Randy about purchasing a new vehicle we found the SX4 I had originally test driven had been sold. Randy was able to find the only other SX4 sedan LE MT in the metro area and got it to the dealership for us. Everyone at the dealership was really great to work with. They were very friendly and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. Even as we went through signing the papers there was never any pressure to puchase additional accessories or warranty plans. Things were offered and explained but I never felt they were trying to push anything on me. The Experience was great and the people were great. I had a good time there and Randy was really helpful in my search and eventual purchase of my new vehicle. The SX4 sedan LE is a great little car and really suits what I was looking for! I would highly recommend Randy Koppa and all at White Bear Mitsubishi/Suzuki! More
I came in looking for a new SUV after my car unexpectedly died. Tom was super helpful in guiding me through the options White Bear Mitsubishi had to offer, and was hands down the most friendly and helpful of died. On top of that, he was extremely helpful getting me set up when I came in to pick up my new Outlander Sport, and I have been extremely pleased with my car from the moment I drove it off the lot. More

A few days later I stopped back and was greeted by Dana and he showed me some vehicles. We stepped inside to check on mpg on a suv &-there was Tom-I had his card in my hand as it was my intent to ask for him. Dana immediately deferred to Tom and Tom later agreed to split the business w/Dana(cool). Tom had forgotten what he had done for me the 1st time i was there. It was raining-so I was hoping that,as usual,none of the obnoxious salespeople would brave the inclement weather. So here comes a sleepy looking sales guy-staying dry under his umbrella. He approached me and I promptly told him that I was simply 'kicking tires'. He shocked me by handing me his umbrella and said"go ahead and kick those tires and if you see something you like well enough to want to test drive -come find me!" He handed me his card and said "if you find nothing to your liking-please leave the u mbrella by the curb". 20 minutes later I returned his umbrella to him in the showroom thanked him and left. Long story short; I purchased a 2006 Ridgeline from Tom and am very happy with it. He even stuck several car wash tokens in my truck-he called me 2 days later and askd if I was pleased with the Ridgeline and we talked about family and solved most of the Worlds problems-kinda. Thank you"EZEEY". I really enjoyed talking to Dana,Richard and Angie. Finally--I will reccomend you to anyone looking for a car and a great experience. More
I am pleased with the purchase I made, a burgundy Saturn. I had a Saturn for 4 years, and I know it is a good car. Too bad they no longer make them. I purchased a new 2012 Lancer from this company but I'm regretting doing so due to their shady business tactics. Before I purchased a car they said I could buy-back the trade-in vehicle for the amount they regretting doing so due to their shady business tactics. Before I purchased a car they said I could buy-back the trade-in vehicle for the amount they gave me (plus a $75 dealer fee). I accepted this offer two days later and they lied to me saying that the car was sold. However, the car has not been sold and they are lying to me. The car is still on their website and I had a friend inquire about the car - which they said is still available. The general manager hasn't addressed the lies that Cory (finance guy/internet sales) had given me. You have been warned. More
It was a pleasure doing business with the people at White Bear Mitsubishi. After my initial visit I had decided to purchase an Outlander Sport that was on the lot. Dennis gave me the right amount of attention and did not badger me, but also let me know what was still available. About a week later we decided to go ahead and he found a 2011 Outlander Sport that was exactly what I wanted. The day we picked it up they had the vehicle ready and looking beautiful. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. First time I ever drove a new vehicle right off the showroom floor - that was great! My family loved the little white polar bear buckled into the back seat - it was a very nice touch! These two little "extras" really helped to make us feel good about the purchase. I have not yet experienced the service dept at White Bear Mitsubishi, but I can easily recommend Dennis O'Donavan and the rest of the sales staff I encountered there. More
I went out with intention of purchasing a Lancer Evolution. I was immediately greeted by Sales Consultant, Lindsey Williams, when I was on the lot and was even introduced to other members of the dea Evolution. The staff was friendly and did not push to make a sale. I could have purchased this vehicle at another dealership but I chose to buy from White Bear Lake Mitsubishi. Why? I would say it was how the staff treated me. I am sure they will treat my vehicle with great care and respect every time I return for service. More

I was told by the dealer her personally knew the previous owner of the car and it was in good shape. What a classic dealer lie. 5 weeks later the engine siezed up and i was told 'tough you bought it as-is. T owner of the car and it was in good shape.
