I started out at one site (Omar at IGH vw) as I my vw lease was up and I didn't want to do the vw route this time. tried out a used suzuki on the lot but it didn't have cruise control so omar sent me t lease was up and I didn't want to do the vw route this time. tried out a used suzuki on the lot but it didn't have cruise control so omar sent me to the WBL site and what was supposed to be a short visit turned into an entire day event. Now the idea of spending ALL day in a car dealership sounds horrendous but it was actually one of the more fun days I"ve had recently That either speakes volumes about my life or about just how great the folks are at this dealership and how hard they worked to make a good deal for me that fit my needs. It was worth the time spent. Richard, the manager, is the bomb, and he runs a tight but oh so friendly and fun ship. I will definately deal with them in the future and highly recommend them and suzuki and mitsubishi cars. I wouldn't have gone this route if Omar had not recommended it in the first place but its a GREAT car that is way less expensive then other Japanese models yet just as reliable and gas friendly. More

My mom and dad had gone into talk to Tom a few days before I went with them. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. He showed my parents the Suzuki SX4's which were what before I went with them. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. He really had an impact on my parents, and that is why we came back on Saturday and asked for him. Tom right away was friendly and took us over to look at the cars. He was very patient as we (my parents and I) went back and forth about AWD or front wheel and red, black, or silver for a color. I decided on the black SX4 and Tom right away let us test drive it and answered all my parents questions about the car. He even explained the warranty that we still had on it. I felt confident in buying the car because Tom really sold me on it. He made the process extremely easy and comfortable for us. Richard came over and checked on us to see that everything was being taken care of the way that we wanted it done. I was very happy with how friendly everyone was. Once we figured out all the paperwork and payments, we worked with Angela. She was so upbeat and extremely friendly. She knew we were on a time constraint, and she made sure we got the information we needed in the time we had allotted. Tom washed my car and brought us out to the car to wish us luck and send us off. I had never been to a car dealership, but this is one I would definitely go back to. I would also HIGHLY recommend working with Tom. He is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I recently had an Evo 8 and was looking to purchase an Evo 10. When I started looking, other dealerships were giving me a hard time since I am a woman.
