This was quite the experience. I shopped other stores first, wanting to go local in the little town where I live and have my own business. But, I could not get a firm price out of anyone, and they all wanted me to make a commitment before they would commit to me. How frustrating! I found great products all around, so it really came down to whom I would trust. I showed up at WBL Mitsubixxxx unannounced and told them I had spoken briefly to Steve a couple of months ago while in for service. Since Steve wasn't there, Neil took over and did a MARVELOUS job of walking me and my wife around the vehicle. This was a classic walkaround, the kind people win awards for. (I know, because I have! :)) He then conducted a perfect test drive, where he started, and got us comfortable with all the different controls and features. Knowing he would not get credit for this sale seemed to have ZERO effect on Neil. His enthusiasm was contagious, and very enjoyable. My wife, who had been non-commital up to this point, left the store telling me she thought this was the right place for us, and the right car (in that order!). We were given a firm price before we committed, and we absolutely LOVE the vehicle. The terms for my trade were very fair (Jamie and Sig were exceptional), Richard gave my his own cell phone so I could confirm our intentions (it was a limited time special), and Steve drove all the way to Cambridge to deliver the car! His thoughtful way of starting this process showed up at the end, as he walked me through important features again, just to make sure I knew how to get home. Thanks for being who you are. That is more important - MUCH more important - than the cars you sell. For many of us, that will continue to be true, no matter the brand listed on the door. Tim Newton More
This is by far the best dealership I have been to, they worked their hardest to get me into a brand new car, especially when I had less than perfect credit. I use to think that sales men at dealerships wou worked their hardest to get me into a brand new car, especially when I had less than perfect credit. I use to think that sales men at dealerships would sell you anything just so they could make a sale, not at White Bear Mitubishi, they took the time to get to know what I was looking for and what I could afford and got me into the perfect car for me and my family. Because of their excellent customer service and the quality of there work I will definatly visit them in the future for my next vehicle. Overall I would highly recommend this place! More

I was impressed with the SX4 AWD and wanted to check it out. I work a half mile away from White Bear Suzuki Mitsubishi so I decided to stop. Minutes after pulling into their lot I was greeted by a very helpful salesman (Juan Cruz) about a half an hour later I was the owner of an amazing Suzuki SX4. White Bear Suzuki Mitsubishi made it very easy to purchase a vehicle with a no pressure. From sales to financing to service the staff was AMAZING! I will definately recommend this dealership and brand to anyone who needs a new vehicle. I will also buy my next Suzuki from them, The SX4 is a blast to drive! Sincerely, Ken Y. More

I love this dealership! After my recent car accident which totaled my 8-yr old Saturn (which I also bought from Dennis) I called up to make an appointment to see some new cars. Dennis remembered that I had admired the 2012 Suzuki SX4 on a previous service visit for my Saturn. So in I went to see the 2012 Suzuki SX4 and Dennis was great! Went into great detail about the car, and kept me up to date on the current offers for that vehicle. In fact we had traded about 5 phone calls before I actually made it in for my appt to test drive the car. And the price of the vehicle had dropped the day before I was to go in and see it, and Dennis called and let me know about that too. What fabulous Customer Service! The price was great and I really appreciated knowing that the price had dropped, literally the day before. The test drive was fabulous and I went on a busy state road, a winding local street and a bumpy local street with stops and turns on all. When working with the financing guys, they had come up with an interest number that I wasn't quite comfortable with, so Cory made some more phone calls and got a better rate. That really made my day!!! In picking the accessories, everything was explained in detail how it would enhance the vehicle and the cost associated with it. I was pleased that it really was up to me as to what I wanted, no pressure at all. The accessories were installed quickly and perfectly so that I could pick up the new car in a day and a half. Again fabulous customer service is the rule here. Everyone in the Dealership is super friendly and many people ask if you need any assistance, in fact before I even went in to see Dennis, I spent a couple of minutes in the lot looking at some pretty cars, and just looking around. A different salesman came out and asked if he could be of assistance, when I said I was there to see Dennis, he told me he would take me inside to him. Super friendly!!! I even chatted with the receptionist! The customer is definitely their #1 priority. My overall experience was outstanding! Thank you White Bear Lake Mitsubishi Suzuki! Juan Cruz greeting us within minutes of arriving at the dealership. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. We never felt any pressure to buy now. We also spent an unusually long time at the dealership because we could not make up our minds and throughout the whole long process Juan and the rest of the team at the dealership remained friendly and treated us as though we were the only customers in the world and they had all the time in the world for us. The most amazing aspect of the process to me was the open honesty from each employee. Everyone we met was committed to helping us make the best decisions for us. Sometime we were told things we didn't want to hear, however, the truth hurts sometimes as we all know and in the long run the decisions we made are the best for us, no surprises when we get home with our new car - and we will be back, guaranteed. My wife and I are regular customers for Steve Thurson at White Bear Mitsubishi Suzuki, and for good reason. In this case, I was looking to trade in my minivan for a newer one. Steve found one within his c White Bear Mitsubishi Suzuki, and for good reason. In this case, I was looking to trade in my minivan for a newer one. Steve found one within his company's dealerships, but it was on hold for another customer. He kept track of that van for over a week and, when it became available, he reserved it for me and drove an hour each way to bring it back to White Bear Lake. It was the cleanest van I have ever seen, a white 2009 Chrysler Town and Country with 60k miles on it. I test drove it and liked it, but I noticed a rattle in the back when the van was stopped in park. The garage at the dealership found the exhaust system was bent and loose, and replaced the entire exhaust system, without raising the price of the van. There was only one key for the van, but Steve bought one on line and included it, free of charge. An owners manual was ordered and included for half price. Financing was found at a full percentage point below my credit union (no small feat!). When I had to leave for work before the deal was completed, they held the van for me over the weekend on a handshake, for no money down. Steve passed me a free handful of carwash tokens, to help keep up the white van's appearance. Lastly, when I picked up my license plates, I received a $10 rebate check. All my interactions with everyone at the dealership have been friendly, courteous, timely and helpful.
