I recently bought a 2013 Outlander Sport SE from White Bear Mitsubishi, and it much more enojoyable experience than I ever anticipated! I had been on a vehicle seach for 6 months and wasn't having ANY luck getting anything that I liked with no credit history whatsoever. I was there in September of 2012 with Neil. He showed me the 2012 Outlander Sport and I pretty much fell in love! Well after 6 months of searching and 6 different dealer ships pulling my score, let's just say it wasn't pretty. I did end up having to walk walk away with nothing. After waiting 5 long months for that crap storm to blow over, I went back! This time Neil was busy helping another customer, but Juan jumped in on Neil's behalf and helped me out asap! Both of them guided me through the 2013 with all the paper work. After Stuart worked his magic, my car payment was half of what I expected! Jamison typed everything up, Richard helped me "sign my life away" and I came home with what I now call Delilah! I LOVE her. I bought a used car from the dealer. Bobby was an excellent seller until I signed the papers. After papers are signed and money is paid it was as if they don't even know me. The entire process I was kept in the blue, no customer service skills at all, its like they don't care that you purchased a car and that you are waiting for it. Called in after a couple days to see if there was any news, no one in the dealer seemed to know about the car being sold and pending for shipment. Talking to the manager (Stuart) was useless, didn't even return the phone call he had promised. Be smart, use other dealers and avoid the risk. More

This is my third Mitsubishi, but my first experience with this particular dealership. They were very helpful in getting me a very good financing arrangement for the exact vehicle I wanted. I drove my first Mitsubishi about 150k miles, as I recall, and my second 280k miles. They are fantastic vehicles, in my experience, and to couple that with a very high energy, positive experience with sales was all I could have hoped to ask for. I can't say enough good things about how I feel about buying this Outlander there. It was worth the wait. More

Knowlegeable, friendly and no pressure about anything. He actually leased the same car I was interested in and filled me in on all the angles, ups and downs of leasing or buying. He and Neil were very patient and accommodating with my last minute changes & even when I withdrew my tradein to give to a friend, redid all the paper work and re-signed it all again.
