I liked that there prices were on posted on the vehicles and not negotiable. The prices were already marked as best price and I agree after researching the vehicle I was looking at purchasing. I told him that I was just looking and he gave me his business card, told me if I needed anything to let him know and he walked away, allowing me to relax while looking for my next vehicle instead of being followed by salesmen ( I went to 6 other dealerships that day and felt like I was being stalked at the other dealerships. If I wanted to know a price of a vehicle, I had to ask (too time consuming)). I got a great deal on my purchase and my trade in offer was more then what I expected. We were positively surprised at our experience at White Bear Mitsubishi. This dealership is like no other in that it is a completely pressure free zone. We were working with Steve and were really nervous about a new car purchase - it was my first new car and we weren't quite sure what we were going to be comfortable with but my car had broken down. Steve was awesome. He answered so many of our questions but didn't try to sway us one way or another, just to help us make the most educated decision that made sense for us. At the end, the best decision for us was a lease of a Mitsubishi Lancer SE for 2 years. We did everything we could to make our decision the most cost effective, and no one made us feel guilty or less than for it. These people are great, and this environment is great. I'd definitely make this my first choice in the future. More

I went there shopping for a used car thinking my budget was very limited, but Neil was able to show me a line up of brand new, surprisingly affordable lancers. I'm 50 years old and have bought quite a number of new cars over the years. I started looking around at a few different makes of cars I had interest in. I hate pushy sales people or those that try to tell you that you have to purchase right away or someone else will buy this car, or a number of other techniques to get you to buy right then. Neil was great. I made an appointment to look at and test drive a car with him. He blocked of his time so I had all his attention and he answered all my questions. I was even able to test drive the car a few times and he even let me take it on my own once, which is a huge plus. I wanted to think about it for a few days and he was ok with it. No pressure or pushy sales techniques. I looked on their website for the car the next day and it was no longer listed. I waited one more day and it was still not on the website. When I called Neil he had told me they took if off the site because he knew I was interested and didn't want someone else to buy it out from under me. How awesome and customer centered is that! Thanks to Neil and the group at White Bear Mitsubishi I now have my 2013 Red Evo to drive around in! Big thanks to Neil, Richard and Mary! More

Andrew was very friendly and patient with us, as were Mary and Jamison. I thought I wanted a smaller SUV but wasn't sure until I drove one. Test drove three vehicles, Outlander Sport, Small Suzuki Hatchback, and finally the Kizashi. I instantly felt VERY safe in this car, it was exceptionately comfortable the instant I sat in it, and through th Hatchback, and finally the Kizashi.
