I originally went to White Bear Mitsubishi to have my old Mitsubishi looked at. Long story short, there was a lot of work that needed to be done and a lot of money needed to ix it. Laurin took me out to the lot so I could look at a few cars I had found online. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about each car, she also suggested other options that better fit my needs. Once I had an idea of what I wanted, I met with Luke. He went over financing and explained everything in great detail, it was very helpful! I was having difficulty deciding what I wanted to do and I never once felt rushed or pressured, so that made the process a lot easier for me. Eventually, Luke and Laurin helped me decide that purchasing a new car would be the best route for me to take, and I couldn't be happier with that decision! So to wrap this up, Patrick, Laurin, and Luke all made the process of buying a new car seamless and very exciting! At first I was looking at the Outlanders thinking I needed more cargo room but when I asked questions, Neil was honest with me and helped me decide on the Outlander Sport.
