Between the unprofessional language, some patronizing, and his method of trashing the dealership across town, we walked away saying we would prefer another place. Hopefully the young man who is being managed continues in his manner of working as he did with us and doesn't follow his supervisor's method. We didn't come to hear others being trashed. We came because we did our homework and were pursuing working with a new dealership. More

Great Place to Buy A Car I totaled my car out on a Wed morning (a Honda Fit), went to the dealership with financing pre-approved from my bank. They let me take an Outlander home overnight. The car met my expectations for the first tank of gas. Purchased the car on Friday but actually went with their financing at 2.5%, can't complain about that. First tank was a true 25.5 mpg in AWD. The 2nd and 3rd tank of gas was 27.7 and 27.4, also in AWD. Got an honest 30 mpg on a short 100 mile drive on the first half of that. Very good mileage for an AWD SUV. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. Vehicle is a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander with the 2.4L I4 and auto-type transmission. Options were tow hitch, roof rack, cargo tray, and cargo cover. More

From the moment I walked in the door I greeted and treated in a friendly manner. Laurin wanted to know what I needed in a vehicle. She helped me to remember interests that I have that depend on a certain size car. We like to camp and eventually I want a canoe. But I wanted to downsize from a seven passenger van- lots of wasted space. After driving the Jeep I had come to see, it just wasn't it. Laurin was very helpful in exploring other options. I test drove a 2011 Outlander Sport and it was just what I wanted. Then the whole team really got to work. Jamison (finance) and Laurin were able to get me a better interest rate and discounts with a Brand New 2014 Outlander than if I had gone with a used one. The new car ended up costing less than a used one. I am so happy! I have never owned a car that was less than 8 years old. Still in shock and amazed that they would take the time and effort to help me to get the best deal on a great car. I will certainly buy my next car there and send anyone I know to Laurin.
