They really deliver! I just bought a new Mitsubishi i-Miev from White Bear Lake Mitsubishi and had a great buying experience. When I first stopped in, I was just looking, I just bought a new Mitsubishi i-Miev from White Bear Lake Mitsubishi and had a great buying experience. When I first stopped in, I was just looking, and Steve Thureson was very helpful and answered all of my questions without being pushy. The best part is that they are a former Saturn dealer, so no haggling. After thinking about it for a few days, I decided to buy the car, but I live three hours south of the Cities ... a bit beyond the i-car's range. White Bear said they would deliver the car, which clinched the deal, and we did all of the paperwork by mail. When Steve called to discuss the delivery, he said that he'd like to come down and go over the car with me. Did I mention three hours away? He was right on time, and the session was very helpful, since, by then, I had been driving the car for a few days and did have some questions. The car is just what I needed for driving in town and charging off my solar panels and White Bear Lake was great. Thanks, Steve! More

Disappointing and disappointed We came to this dealership about 2 weeks ago to try a new Outlander and Randy was very helpful, including ways to save extra money during a final purc We came to this dealership about 2 weeks ago to try a new Outlander and Randy was very helpful, including ways to save extra money during a final purchase. In the meantime, we've been trying different SUVs comparable to the Outlander. Last Sat. In the spur of the moment, we decided to go back to test drive the car again, and most likely to buy it. Unfortunately, Randy wasn't working yesterday. We understand that Saturdays are busy days, but we didn't get the best customer service that they are so proud of being awarded year after year. We came in at about 4:30, Neil did a great job at explaining the features of the particular car, we drove the car, came back, told him that we were interested. Then he apologized as a car was being delivered at that moment for another customer and he needed to take care of it for a short time. He gave us a paper to fill in with our personal information and left us at his desk. A saleswoman, which name we've decided we're not going to mention, came into the picture and announced that she would take care of some things for us, including having someone check our trade in car. We said to her we had just finished filling in our information but that we were not told the price of the car we were interested in. She kept coming and going. In summary, the treatment we got from her felt pretty impersonal, rushed and had a 'my way or the highway' experience with her, while she was explaining numbers, issues about our trade in car and the money we'd get. We ended up not dealing with Neil at all until closing time when we were on our way out, and left without buying car. It almost felt like they didn't need to make business with us. It bothers us now that they kept that paper with our personal information, including driver's license numbers and social security numbers. If a customer doesn't buy, there's no reason why they should keep that personal information. The saleswoman told us that we could take the paper which showed the breakdown price of the car and the types of financing, but that they would keep that. Mitsubishi Whitebear Lake has just lost a selling opportunity and most likely a couple of customers, too. More
