Amazing customer service So buying a vehicle is always nerve wracking , I've bought two vehicles previously from other dealerships and both were forgettable experiences . On both occasions , I felt rushed and it seemed like the sales people just wanted to get me in and out , in the shortest of time possible and the whole experience felt really kinda cheesey and not at all personable . Needless to say , I did'nt return to either dealerships . My experience at Mitsubishi and dealing with the lovely Molly , was extremely different . Molly took the time to listen to what I wanted and it was a super easy and relaxed experience with her . Both Luke , one of the managers , and the finance employee were also extremely friendly and genuine . Molly followed up with me several times after I purchased my vehicle , making sure I was both happy with my car and that everything was running smoothly . Such a fabulous experience and I for sure felt both comfortable and confident . I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone I know who's in the market for a vehicle . More

Got a lemon they made me a big glass of lemonade I recently bought a 2008 Saturn from WBM and after less than 2 weeks a check engine came on, the car had 160,000 miles on it and was purchased as I recently bought a 2008 Saturn from WBM and after less than 2 weeks a check engine came on, the car had 160,000 miles on it and was purchased as is. I took it to a dealer close to my house and the estimate was 4500 dollars. I was devastated. I called the salesman and left him a message telling him how upset I was. A day later I received a call from the sales manager. He told me the sales guy had been off so he had just got my message. He said they did not sell junk cars and the would fix it. I explained that the other dealer already had the car in 100 pieces he said he did not care and that they would pay the other dealer and tow it to wbm to fix it at no charge to me. Granted our family has bought a fair number of cars from them over the years and they have always been good about standing behind there cars but we have never had a BIG problem like this one. Just got the car back and I am a happy camper. I have bought a lot of cars and I don't think I have ever received this level of great customer service. I know a lot of people like to bad mouth car dealers but when you do please add except White Bear Mitsubishi. If I had bought this car from a private I would have been *****ed More
