Our salesman was Sunny Youk and I really appreciated his first-class customer care, his enthusiasm for his job and the vehicles he sells, and his warm personality. Recently my wife and I decided to buy a newer-used Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. We live in Fargo, ND, and found out quickly that these vehicles are hard to come by, as they are currently very popular. After searching within a 300 mile radius, we discovered that White Bear Mitsubishi had MANY used Outlander Sports on hand - most other locations had maybe one. In addition, the newer used vehicles come with a dealership provided life-time engine and drive train warrantee! We made an appointment to go there on a Saturday to test drive a few. When we got there - we found that our salesman who had been assigned to us was Sunny Youk! He clearly remembered selling my son his used car from a year ago, and was still the same pleasant person he was then. We spend the day test driving vehicles and drove away with a 2015 Outlander Sport with 6K miles on it - with the life time warrantee - at a cost that was about $750 below market value! Everyone at the dealership was pleasant, kind and helpful. Overall, it was the best car-buying experience we have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
