We met Steve Thureson while checking out the Outlander Sports. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough, explaining all the features and differences about each vehicle looked at. No pressure tactics, felt like we were checking out their inventory with an old friend. When we decided on a purchase, their Finance Director, continued to make it all a pleasant experience which is saying a lot! I hate sitting through that part, but she did a very good personal job.
