The owner personally came into the lot and introduced himself to me. I was impressed and told him I recently moved here from Tennessee. He paired me with Nancy Miller who asked all the correct questions so she could help me find the right vehicle for me. It took a couple three hours but I zeroed in on a Limited Edition Eclipse Cross. She was super, fantastically nice and made sure I understood each vehicle that I was test driving. She is an AWESOME asset to your organization. She made me feel welcome and comfortable every step of the buying process. I got to know a little about her family and her life and I shared why I was moving to Minnesota. I could not have asked for a better consultant and I will definitely be buying my next vehicle here when the time comes. I recently met a gentleman here, hence that is why I am relocating. When I drove up and he saw what I had purchased, he had the biggest grin. He said " I was hoping you bought one of these". I wanted "sexy" for my new man and I got it!!!!
