Great experience I just bought a 2015 Ford Focus from the folks here at WBM. This was my first vehicle purchase at a dealership so I was nervous and anxious going in. I just bought a 2015 Ford Focus from the folks here at WBM. This was my first vehicle purchase at a dealership so I was nervous and anxious going in. Jennifer was great to deal with. She listened to all of my concerns and always seemed like she had my best interest as her priority. I had two hyper kids with me and she was wonderful with them too which was great. She had me meet with Tom in financing who was very nice and I can tell he worked hard at getting a good rate for me. And I got a rate better than I could have expected. I was going to shop around and look at other cars today but between the sales staff, warranty they offer, and the great condition of the car I couldn't justify going anywhere else. He even made sure I was able to leave for my trip promptly by creative thinking and really doing more than anyone would. The financing woman was a bit rushed and didn't really want to take the time to explain things to me, but that bore no reflection on the sales performance. I also know that she knew I was in a little bit of a rush and new, so I chalk it up to that. She got me the payment I wanted and the interest rate that was much more workable than what I thought I was stuck with. More
