My last car purchase was from Tousley and was a very disappointing experience. I felt I was not valued as a customer during the purchase or afterward by the Autonation (Tousley's new name). I was in the market for a new car and so I decided to try White Bear Mitsubishi just down the road. Everyone there made me feel valued and like they want me to be a repeat customer. I purchased a new 2017 Outlander GT. The specific one I wanted was no where in state and so they intercepted one off the port of entry and rerouted it to Minnesota. I should get it next week. Even though I don't have the car in hand, I can still say this has been one of my best car buying experiences. Thank you Dennis O'Donovan, Richard Herod III and all the rest. More

I was further impressed that White Bear not only lived up to the expectations we built while talking on the phone, but exceeded them on every front. Perhaps equally impressive is our new Outlander SLE Touring, to which all other vehicles we looked at pale in price, quality, features, and technology. Trading in my deeply loved Toyota Corolla S Plus seemed difficult when looking at other models, but when we test drove the Mitsubishi Outlander, it clearly outperformed in every way. What a pleasent surprise! I had an upside down lease on a car that had a bow tie. I was willing to pay what I owed on the bow tie special but needed to get a larger vehicle for I had an upside down lease on a car that had a bow tie. I was willing to pay what I owed on the bow tie special but needed to get a larger vehicle for my family and the new addition, a four legged oaf. I stopped at several places in Forest Lake and in White Bear. Forest Lake wanted to empty my pocket of any money I may have and then loan me a lot more to purchase a base level manual AWD GPS unit. I walked away since the money didn't add up. I then moved to White Bear, I looked at every option that you can see from the driveway of White Bear Mitsubishi. The hippy special thought their cars were worth so much money that when we talked about a used manual compact their idea of dealing was to drop $50 off the top. I left, went to the Korean option down the road, they "don't have anything that cheap on the lot". I moved on to the well known Japanese company and bumped cars looking to attract a salesman that I could give my pocket full of cash to...no one would come talk to me. I left. Last stop White Bear Mitsubishi, I met Brian. He asked straight forward questions, I gave straight forward answers. He showed me an incredible option that was 2 years old with 50k on it and it still drove like it was brand new. I asked what doe the new version drive like? Brian simply stated, "let me get one for you to try." He did! He didn't even blink, he just simply got me a vehicle to try. I drove it and loved the car and bought it. The service was incredible, I never felt like I had to protect my wallet, if I said I don't want that option it was done, no further discussion. I bought a brand new Outlander with everything I wanted in options. WBM took care of the leased bow tie and actually gave me a better deal than I thought I would get, almost $7k better than the Forest Lake competitor. In the end I lightened the amount of money in my pocket but didn't spend the entire bank roll and I got an excellent new vehicle. Thank you Brian, I sincerely hope you see this because you made a purchase that most people dread into an enjoyable experience. More

I knew exactly what I wanted and was pretty tired of other dealers not having the car I wanted and trying to sell me everything but what I was looking for. I also knew that I was set on used due to my budget. Enter Jonah Miller from White Bear Mitsubishi... Jonah actually listened to me and didn't try to sway me into buying something I wasn't looking for, like the other dealerships. He explained everything in detail and never stopped smiling the whole time. Even though I wasn't buying a brand new car, Jonah understood that it was "new to me" and treated my purchase with just as much respect. I had a loaner from another dealership and even though it was after 9pm when I finished my purchase, Jonah went out of his way to help me return that vehicle so I could drive home in my 2015 Chevy Sonic LTZ from White Bear Mitsubishi. The atmosphere of this dealership is amazing! The whole team is awesome, from sales to finance to the service department. Every employee I spoke to was friendly, courteous and bubbling with enthusiasm. I can't wait until my boyfriend is ready to get a new vehicle.
