Jennifer Rhoney was the first to greet us, we were 30 minutes early for our appointm When I walked in to the dealership, I did not know what I wanted. Jennifer Rhoney was the first to greet us, we were 30 minutes early for our appointment, the individual who was scheduled to be with us was working with a previous client, and Jennifer just jumped right in and took care of us! My daughter and I did not have to wait one minute! She went through what we were looking for, driving experience we wanted, and gave suggestions about vehicles we should try. Previously, my daughter and I went on the website and saw the 2017 Mirage and 2017 Outlander Sport and thought those vehicles would not fit our needs due to height and leg room we needed. When Jennifer suggested those same cars, we were skeptical at first. Jennifer was right, those 2 vehicles were PERFECT for us. We bought both vehicles and are so happy we did. Jennifer had great customer service. She filled and prepared our cars for us. She made sure we had beverages, if we were comfortable, and general things like that. Jennifer kept us up to date with everything that was going on and gave us the names of the people who were going to do the financing so we could address them when they came to us. It was an all around awesome experience for us. Jennifer has so much knowledge about these vehicles! From the engine, transmission, to add on features to standard basic. It was a pleasant experience all around and will recommend this to anyone I know. Thanks so much Jennifer! You rock! More

Glad we came in! My husband and I bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander back in Sept 2016 with the help of Dennis O'Donovan. He was a very helpful man that didn't rush us My husband and I bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander back in Sept 2016 with the help of Dennis O'Donovan. He was a very helpful man that didn't rush us into buying a car like most dealer does, nor did he put us into any kind of pressure of looking at any vehicle and having us sign paperwork. We thought we would love the Outlander but we decided to trade it back in for a different car. We haven't even own the 2016 Outlander for a year yet, came back to meet with Dennis again and he worked his magic along with their Finance team and they were able to use our previous down payment, plus the deals they had going on towards our new car. So basically, we payed nothing from our pocket. Dennis is an honest man who respects his customers. He may have a bit of a hearing problem at some point but Dennis has been with the company over 20 years! Too bad he's retiring in July 2018. Before going to White Bear Lake Mitsubishi/Suzuki, I had been dealing on a Rav4 at different dealerships for about a month and it was like a visit to the dentist which lead me to the search of a different small SUV. I enjoyed the "no game" experience at White Bear Mitsubishi/Suzuki and actually felt like a got a decent deal on an overlooked small SUV (2017 Outlander Sport) that rated better than the Rav4 anyways. Jamie took care of the sales and Matt got me a better rate on financing than my bank could get me. For me, it was worth the two and half hour trip More
