We walked in the door and immediately the service was great, the staff were welcoming, and got us hooked up with the right people to assist us. We worked with Dennis O'Donovan and we had an amazing experience. He was very straight forward and gave us all the facts we needed to make our best decision. Even when we were looking at cars that weren't Mitsubishi he was complimentary and really wanted to see us enjoy our purchase. He didn't pressure us with making a decision right there on the spot and answered all of our questions. Both Dennis and Matt (from finance) explained things in plain language and clarified items we weren't sure on. My EGR Valve sensor was triggering my check engine light and He replaced it for me with no cost, and also if broke again so he is replacing it again for no cost !
