Amazing sales experience I wanted to surprise my wife for valentines day with a pre-owned Infinity QX56. She has been wanting one for years. Once I was ready to purchase, I worked with the finance department which went very smooth and before you know it I was surprising my wife with her new car. First time Mitsubishi owner Let me start of by saying the 2017 Outlander is a dang good vehicle. I've dealt with many different salespeople throughout the years, not many stand out in actually being a great salesperson offering an easy smooth car buying experience. Jared Selas, you displayed many characteristics that many in the field lack. Integrity and actual car knowledge. Its very unfortunate to hear you are no longer at this dealership and I wish you the best luck. My dealer experience was just as good as my sales experience. My particular Outlander was not on the dealer lot during my purchase. They provided me with a loner until my vehicle was ready to pick up. I was given daily updates on the status of my vehicle by my salesperson. We hit a slight delay because condition of my vehicle was not up to showroom standards, they quickly fixed any imperfections (dent and scratches) In the end my vehicle was personally delivered to me at my home by another salesperson Nancy (excellent job) I couldn't be any more satisfied with the purchase.
