I've dealt with many different salespeople throughout the years, not many stand out in actually being a great salesperson offering an easy smooth car buying experience. Jared Selas, you displayed many characteristics that many in the field lack. Integrity and actual car knowledge. Its very unfortunate to hear you are no longer at this dealership and I wish you the best luck. My dealer experience was just as good as my sales experience. My particular Outlander was not on the dealer lot during my purchase. They provided me with a loner until my vehicle was ready to pick up. I was given daily updates on the status of my vehicle by my salesperson. We hit a slight delay because condition of my vehicle was not up to showroom standards, they quickly fixed any imperfections (dent and scratches) In the end my vehicle was personally delivered to me at my home by another salesperson Nancy (excellent job) I couldn't be any more satisfied with the purchase. We walked in the door and immediately the service was great, the staff were welcoming, and got us hooked up with the right people to assist us. We worked with Dennis O'Donovan and we had an amazing experience. He was very straight forward and gave us all the facts we needed to make our best decision. Even when we were looking at cars that weren't Mitsubishi he was complimentary and really wanted to see us enjoy our purchase. He didn't pressure us with making a decision right there on the spot and answered all of our questions. Both Dennis and Matt (from finance) explained things in plain language and clarified items we weren't sure on. The overall experience was outstanding and we would recommend both White Bear Mitsubishi and Dennis to anyone! More
