Very pleased I purchased my vehicle 5 years ago and besides regular maintenance I haven't had any complaints or surprises. It was now time to get some recalls taken care of. I live in Duluth and wasn't looking forward to the 2+ hour drive. I scheduled my appointment and reviewed my "to do" list. I received a confirmation email shortly after listing all the details we duscussed. When I arrived I met with Patrick who would be my point of contact for the day. He took his time to review what needed to be looked over and was very through with his communication. He called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. Again he reviewed the work that had been done and the additional future recommendations. When I paid the bill I was offered a free car wash! :) Overall my experience was fantastic. Everyone I talked to was kind, patient and helpful just like the day I had initially bought my car. Thanks to all! More

Great experience. We had a great sales experience ...friendly and knowledgeable, the finance office work had to get us in our car... courteous and professional. Tom took care of a minor problem and even scheduled a service appointment at another dealership for some manufacturers recalls, all while they had my car and having their brand new loaner.
