Two Recalls addressed I was pleased with the service department, when I brought my 2013 Outlander Sport in to have two recall issues taken care of this week. I was greeted I was pleased with the service department, when I brought my 2013 Outlander Sport in to have two recall issues taken care of this week. I was greeted by Tom, who explained what needed to be done, and how long it should take. He then showed me to the waiting area, and I found a comfortable seat and began to enjoy some magazines , expecting to be there at least a couple of hours. The time flew by, and after about an hour, Tom came back to tell me my car was all set to go. I then received a free car wash, and was on my way home, glad to have extra time to enjoy the first day of Spring ! Thanks everyone, for your great service ! More

I was quoted an hour overall time for the services, and all that was done in just under 45 minutes. When addressing the issues (HEPA Filter, Brakes and Tires) I asked if I could purchase the parts and have them install them, they agreed! The service I’ve received here the last 3 years I’ve had my car has been nothing short of amazing, Fast, Friendly, Courteous, when addressing the needs for parts, the salespeople are never pushy, they always say “I recommend” and give me at least “2-3 months” of a timeline to have that part replaced, I’ll always recommend this car dealer!
