Excellent customer service - a few service quality issues I've been a customer of this location for 20 years, since it was a (terrible) Saturn dealership. Since becoming a Mitzi dealer, the customer service f I've been a customer of this location for 20 years, since it was a (terrible) Saturn dealership. Since becoming a Mitzi dealer, the customer service for the past 10+ years has been outstanding - one of the best businesses of any type in the area. All of the staff are always very polite and helpful, and I always walk away feeling good about the work I have done there. I won't take my Mitzi anywhere else for routine service or repairs! I've had great quality service over the years, at least 90% of the time. However, in the past 18 months, I and my son (who also has a Mitzi) have had a rash of repeat issues with some of the work performed there. We've both had our cars in multiple times (three times in my case) to fix brake squealing issues that are still not resolved. Most recently, I had a battery replaced incorrectly that has had to be fixed two more times in the past five months. In all cases, the staff have gone out of their way to try to fix the repairs again free of charge and have been sincerely apologetic. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern developing. I love this location and the people there, and I would still recommend it to anyone. If the service quality improves in the next year, I'll probably buy my next car there, too! More
