Great service as usual I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Bear discovered a couple of other things, dirty engine air filter and a burned out bulb, and asked me i I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have been working with the service manager on the heating and coolin This is a new vehicle design so there is bound to be some areas of improvement. I have been working with the service manager on the heating and cooling system with this vehicle, Eclipse Cross SUV. Although, things got off to a rough start with trying to get the heating to work correctly this past winter, Troy managed to eventually make things right and when we were on the same page things worked out great. Since I live 30+ miles from the dealership Troy was able to work out where a technician could meet in my area with a rental and swap cars to make the necessary repairs. This was a huge relief and worked out well. There are hopefully more technical service bulletins that will come out in 2019 to make this vehicle even better as the engineers gather more data on this brand new design for 2018. More
