Best Customer service (Electronic issue) My radio was only working intermittently and what I assumed was a fuse ended up being a lot more involved. To reprogram and replace the radio for my C My radio was only working intermittently and what I assumed was a fuse ended up being a lot more involved. To reprogram and replace the radio for my Chevy Cruz was quoted at $1240.00. The service representative went above and beyond to provide me the best solutions. He contacted GM to see if there were any recommendations and also reached out to a Chevy deal-ship for some insight on the subject. I'm completely happy with the stellar customer service. I am just bummed that I have had this car under a year and now I have no radio or ability to use my Bluetooth. My immediate response was what's the trade in value, but I realize I still owe a chunk of change and will have to live with it. These are the risks you take buying a used car and while I wish the solution was better! I would still recommend all my friends & family go to WBL Mitsubishi for any future car purchase or lease.
