We worked with Nancy Miller and she was just wonderful and very knowledgeable. She and her whole team kept things light but real and we got a wonderful vehicle for our family (including a good value on our trade-in). Nancy had the vehicle we wanted to see all ready for us at the door to drive and was considerate to keep us out of the heavy rain. They whole WBM team kept my 10 month old smiling with visits through the car buying process and Nancy gave him a cute little polar bear that we'll keep as our road trip charm.
