I returned on Tues evening & purchased my Outlander. I needed to come back on Thurs to pick it up. This was her day off, was the only time I could make it in & Nysha was more then willing to come in. She was knowledgeable on the Outlander, she explained how everything worked & answered all my questions before I left the dealership. We worked with Nancy Miller and she was just wonderful and very knowledgeable. She and her whole team kept things light but real and we got a wonderful vehicle for our family (including a good value on our trade-in). Nancy had the vehicle we wanted to see all ready for us at the door to drive and was considerate to keep us out of the heavy rain. They whole WBM team kept my 10 month old smiling with visits through the car buying process and Nancy gave him a cute little polar bear that we'll keep as our road trip charm.
