Great Service - Still Looking for a Used Car This review is for USED cars only! I did not look at the new car lot. My review is neutral. Pros: Friendly employees who are helpful and knowledgea This review is for USED cars only! I did not look at the new car lot. My review is neutral. Pros: Friendly employees who are helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. Clean, modern lot and facilities. Easy to contact, stay in communication throughout the selection process. Family friendly. Cons: Was not able to browse used car lot. I found several vehicles I was interested in by looking at several online ads. The online ads are not consistent with the online dealer site at WB Mitsubishi. Many of the online ads are also old and not updated when the vehicle is no longer on the dealer lot. If you go to the dealer site there will be notes at the bottom of the listing that will give more info about the car and it's condition. Some of the ads on the dealer site even say the car will be recycled ... yet same car listed for sale elsewhere with no problems noted. I recommend WB Mitsubishi offer same ads on all online listings and only post cars that can be sold to the public. Or if it's a car that can't be driven list it for sale as scrap or parts. I was interested in 3-4 cars listed for sale online. I called WB Mitsubishi and discovered all of those cars were either not safe to drive, had not passed inspection or were shipped to the wholesale lot in Moundsview (I traced the lot to Rydell's). I was then offered another vehicle... it initially seemed to be a good price until I realized how many repairs were needed. The dealer did disclose what they thought was an issue. And to their credit offered to fix anything that posed a safety issue. I learned the cars listed online have prices that include a numerical code. The ending number of the price indicates the overall quality of the car, it's status in inspection and if it will be sold or recycled. Really frustrating that info is not given to the public. I felt like I wasted my time looking at cars that could not be sold. My review is neutral. Even with issues noted WB Mitsubishi had many strong points and still seemed above average compared to other used car dealers. I will say that used cars usually come with issues; what matters most is how the dealer handles the condition of the car and communicates to the customer. I think WB Mitsubishi could be more transparent when listing used cars online. But at least they did not attempt to sell a junk car to me. And they did offer to keep looking for what I wanted. I don't have an opinion either way if I'd recommend White Bear Mitsubishi because I did not purchase a car here. There just wasn't an option for unsure. More

Customer Service I worked with Nysha to purchase my new Outlander, we talked about what I was looking for on my first visit & she showed me a couple of cars. I return I worked with Nysha to purchase my new Outlander, we talked about what I was looking for on my first visit & she showed me a couple of cars. I returned on Tues evening & purchased my Outlander. I needed to come back on Thurs to pick it up. This was her day off, was the only time I could make it in & Nysha was more then willing to come in. She was knowledgeable on the Outlander, she explained how everything worked & answered all my questions before I left the dealership.
