Oil and tire rotation Appt for oil change and tire rotation. Once there I noticed I could get hand washing for $9.00 so requested this to be added. When I went out to my Appt for oil change and tire rotation. Once there I noticed I could get hand washing for $9.00 so requested this to be added. When I went out to my vehicle it was clearly not washed. They took it back to be done but because the bugs where not coming off they decided to do a detail wash and also gave me a coupon for a free detail wash the next time I come in. They were very apologetic and keep me up to date on the delays. More
