Horrible experience, I've gone to the FBI & MN Washington county Police about this dealership. This dealership does not play by the state rules. The owner is a complete creep. I've taken my wife's Mitsubishi county Police about this dealership. This dealership does not play by the state rules. The owner is a complete creep. I've taken my wife's Mitsubishi in for a timing belt couple years back. In the shop, get an unexpected call saying they dont have a 2.4 pulley that is out of stock so the car would have to sit another night. Until the part magically appeared. So I got the car back a day later then expected. My wife got in the car, all I heard was her complaining it didn't handle right. Turns out the they voided the warranty my wife bought from the previous dealership (Luther) & switched the suspension out. This dealership horribly sucks. Buy or take your car anywhere else but this place... More

I just had an awesome experience with White Bear Lake Mitsubishi in White Bear Minnesota. Even though I am a senior citizen this was my first experience in buying a car. Prior to this it had always been Mitsubishi in White Bear Minnesota. Even though I am a senior citizen this was my first experience in buying a car. Prior to this it had always been done for me. I worked with Noah Weir for approximately one week to find the vehicle that fit my need and my price range. Everyone I came into contact with, from Noah, Rob (sits at the desk next to Noah), mechanics. financing, and the greeters at the front, all treated me with respect and a smile. While I have no intention of ever needing to buy another car, if it turns out that I need to I will be heading back to see Noah and the crew at White Bear Lake Mitsubishi. More
