I have been going to the Acura Servcie Department for years. All of the service individuals are outstanding. Whenever my car has needed service, White Bear Acura has handled it professionally, with as little "pain" as possible. Recently, I needed to have some maintenance and repairs done to my car. The service department checked me in & I was able to drive off with a loaner within 15 minutes. As Ken, the service manager said, "we want to make your life the least disruptive as possible" How's that for trying to make the dreaded car repair situation "painless"? Any questions I had, Ken patiently answered & explained in further detail. He always kept me in the loop. A comment on the word choice to describe PRICE. Can anyone honestly say that ANY price is "excellent"? I would say that the price was very competitive for dealership. I may have paid a little more than going to some garage, but I NEVER would have had the service & confidence that everything was done right. AND I know that if, by chance something wasn't right after they fixed it, they would take it in again & make it right. My car is driving like a new car....I'm very happy & satisfied. All of the people at White Bear Acura are real pros, from the clean & organized check-in area, to paying the bill in the accounting department. More
This is my third Subaru (2011) and I have had all of them-('05 & '08) serviced exclusively at WBS and never had a problem with service or quality of work. They are quick to explain any problems they may have encountered and what might need attention. The waiting area is great, and I especially like the Starbucks Coffee and pastry which is always available. The wide screen TV and ample newspapers also make the time fly by- It is also nice to have the car washed and parked right outside the door when the work is completed. It is a pleasure to have my car serviced at WB Subaru-they are efficient, courteous and I will continue using them into the future. More

When I called to set up the appt. I asked how much a 30,000 mile service would cost I was told it would be $380.00. Opon dropping the car off for the service we were told the service would cost over $52 30,000 mile service would cost I was told it would be $380.00. Opon dropping the car off for the service we were told the service would cost over $525.00!! Then there were additional charges incurred whithout any authorization by us for those charges! A phone call would have been appreciated, but no attempt was made. In the future we will be taking our Suberu elsewhere. More
The service was great for identifying/repairing a slow tire leak. This problem had been bothering me for a few months. Previously I took my Forester to a different Subaru dealer in the twin cities area, b tire leak. This problem had been bothering me for a few months. They were very helpful, the Mechanic I worked with helped adjust all of the bars before I went and got my new luggage box. Then I came back and we adjusted it again with the new box and talked about helped adjust all of the bars before I went and got my new luggage box. My 2007 Subaru with 23,000 miles on it was shifting rough in the cold weather. I brought it in to the service department, and after some investigation they said it needed a new transmission which would be c in the cold weather. I brought it in to the service department, and after some investigation they said it needed a new transmission which would be covered by the warranty. It took about a week or more to order the transmission and get it installed, but in the meantime they gave us a 2011 Subaru as a free rental. Keng was very good about keeping us informed of the progress of the repair. I actually am much more impressed with the service department than I am with the car itself. All our previous visits have been as positive. More
