Outback service I took my car in for a scheduled appt. During the initial inspection they noticed that I needed new tires. It did take most of the day (good thing I had a morning appt). Dee gave me a loaner car so that I could get errands run and not have to wait. Dee was quick with managing what was going to happen with my car and made sure I understood the service that was going to happen. More

Airbag recall I scheduled an appointment (very easy) and chose to wait while the repair was done. Great customer service! I've had 2 recalls fixed and now new tires and an alignment done. For the recalls, it was a longer fix so I was given a loaner both times. The first time it was a brand new Forrester with only a few miles on it and I was told to have fun and put some miles on it! For the tires, it was a faster fix so I got a shuttle. Dropped off and picked up when my vehicle was done. Everyone who I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. Their waiting area has everything you need if you choose to wait for your repair. Yummy free snacks, drinks, and computer hook-ups. Comfortable seating areas, and tv's. No reason you can't chill while waiting. Love this place! More
