I asked how long as I was on a tight schedule for the day and he gave me a time which I accepted. What I didn't know was that he doubled the mechanics on my job and I got out in half the quoted time. I was thrilled! The new service center is nice and clean and they have lots of comfortable waiting areas (couches, tables, and workstations with USB ports) as well as a play area for their future customers. More

I had a coupon for an oil change but wasn't sure I could use it. when I mentioned it to service employee instead of telling me to show him and he could take it off now he said well just use it next time. Other car dealership service places (Kia, Ford and Toyota) have always welcomed the coupon. More

Greg was focused and took the time to be sure I understood everything and my questions were answered. The 90,000 mile service was completed in a timely manner and the car was washed and vacuumed. Nice! Then Greg discussed the results of Multi-Point Inspection. I was very impressed with Greg's attention to detail, his attitude, courtesy, and professionalism.
