Great Service Center, Excellent Customer Service We brought our 2013 Outback in for a recurring Engine Light issue that another shop had diagnosed (correctly) but had failed to fix. After verifying We brought our 2013 Outback in for a recurring Engine Light issue that another shop had diagnosed (correctly) but had failed to fix. After verifying that the diagnosis we received before was accurate, the Subaru Service Center rep (Greg Nichols) worked with us to figure out the best plan for fixing things while keeping in mind the cost and time involved. The parts arrived quickly and the repairs were completed a day later. Our Outback is back to its old self and we couldn't be happier with the service. More
Battery problem with my 2015 Outback While out of town at my cabin last week, my 2015- 2.5- Outback would not start and I had to put a charger on it-this has happened several times in th While out of town at my cabin last week, my 2015- 2.5- Outback would not start and I had to put a charger on it-this has happened several times in the three years I have had the car. W/O an appointment, I drove to the dealer and a service man took immediate care of me. He wrote up a WO and asked me to wait approx. 1 hour. The fix took less then an hour and I was on my way. Very professional! Service and waiting areas were sparkling clean, and the coffee and snack selection was great. I was very pleased with the service, and as this is my 4th Outback w/o any electrical problems, I inquired about the "fix". Apparently, there was a computer software issue which was re-programmed so as to put more amps into the charging system. Remains to be seen, if the problem repeats itself. No problem so far. The service was great and very friendly as well. More

If I was in the car business I would want to work at White Bear Subaru! The other thing I like, is when I come back for oil changes and service, I always see and recognize the same faces - excellent! I have been to other shops for service, oil changes, etc., and every oil change they had new people. To me, that is not a good sign. I highly recommend this dealership - and their new building: lobby, waiting room, pull-up area is so "Park Ave", it's beautiful! More
