Perfect job! We needed several things done on our Outback in one visit. An unforeseen task also needed to be done, and Matt alerted us by phone about it early in the process, in order to be sure the job still would be done on time. He was very friendly and shows that he really likes helping people. After our service time had ended, and we drove away, a strange light came on, on the dash, and we returned with questions about it. Eu met us again and quickly resolved the questions we had, even though nothing actually was wrong. He was very friendly and genuinely happy to help us. We had a good experience here and highly recommend this service center! More

Cold day and battery failed. I had not used the Subaru Roadside service until the day the battery died at a BP station, 2 January 2018, -11F that morning. Gas stations only selling gasoline are not much help these days, but Subaru Roadside assistance was 10 for 10 and took care of finding a towing service, in turn this got our Outback to Luther Subaru (White Bear, MN). Without an appointment, the service staff at White Bear Subaru were perfect (10 for 10, or 5 for 5) in timeliness and getting the problem solved. Thank you for making a cold hard day so much easier to deal with; while none of this is the end of the world kind of problem, it still makes for a bad day and Subaru made the day turn out so much better than it was heading. Not satisfied with the service I came in for an oil change appointment, which I had scheduled online. When I arrived, I told them I noticed my brakes squeaking (on my 2017 MDX), and I came in for an oil change appointment, which I had scheduled online. When I arrived, I told them I noticed my brakes squeaking (on my 2017 MDX), and they said they couldn’t check out the issue, as my appointment was only for an oil change. That was obviously frustrating, seeing as how I drive from WI to have my vehicle serviced here. The people were neither friendly nor accommodating, and I’ll be servicing my car elsewhere. More

A huge thing for me is they do not try to sell or service things you don't want. They bring up certain issues but just saying no is enough for them. More

Great service in a jiffy I brought my 2016 Outback into the dealership for an oil and filter change the other day without an appointment, thinking I would be there awhile.
