He responds with honesty and professionalism. The car is always ready on time and as expected. This time they installed a new battery, as the battery had been identified as needing to be replaced during a routine maintenance. More

Regular maintenance - oil change. I was scheduled for an appointment to have my oil changed on the morning of Tue, Jan 30, 2018. Ue Vang greeted me as I drove into the service area. I was scheduled for an appointment to have my oil changed on the morning of Tue, Jan 30, 2018. Ue Vang greeted me as I drove into the service area. We briefly discussed why I was there as he took necessary information and quickly examined my Outback. He quickly, but carefully, examined my wipers, lights, tires, and under the hood. Then he checked the wheel alignment. Ue was very professional, thorough, and courteous. He told me what to expect, what would be done, and when I could expect the car to be ready, asked if I had any questions, then directed me to the waiting area. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe. The car had been washed and vacuumed. Ue reviewed the findings of the inspection, asked if I had any questions, then I was on my way. I was very happy and satisfied with this service appointment. Ue was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Felt confident that all service would be completed successfully. More

Acura Service is my number 1 choice when it comes to maintenance and even that doesn't happen often; perhaps twice a year and I schedule online. Staff are always courteous and friendly and vehicle concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I usually wait in the lobby of the dealership while work is done. Absolutely nothing to complain about! I loved that they offered me a better coupon than the one I had left at home! Who knew my Costco membership would help at the Subaru dealer?? They did the service I asked for, informed me of other needs my car had (air filter and taillight), and did not push me to have these services done (I informed them my husband could and would do). I felt very respected and valued as a customer. He also told me it was too cold to do a carwash today (not advised, but still told me it was my choice) and offered me the opportunity to come back at a convenient time to get the wash! More

Not only did it take significantly less time than expected but the problem was not nearly as severe as I'd feared. Dee explained exactly what work had been done, detailing how the problem was fixed. I've never had such a positive experience in a service shop and Dee definitely represented the dealership in an exemplary way! More
Good to their word Took my 2017 Subaru WRX in for a clicking noise from the engine compartment. They diagnosed it as a throw out bearing on my clutch. Provided me with a loaner car, at no charge, and proceeded to repair the throw out bearing. They were done before the end of the day, which was much faster than I expected. Car repaired under warranty, received my car before days end. Great service all around. More

Great team! I brought my Forrester in for the 45000 mile check. Lucky I did because the rear brakes needed to be replaced.
