First of all the staff is very open,relaxed and friendly. We reviewed the previous maintenance report. It indicated that there could be a problem with the rear brakes and possibly the front brakes. Only reason it's not a 5, is due to the delay waiting for the alignment rack. Not really the dealer's fault, as we have had a lot of potholes this year, more than usual.
