I had to take in my MDX for urgent repair after it encountered a leak in the cooling system for the hybrid transmission. Bill Love did an excellent job. I appreciated their efforts. Bill has been my service adviser in the past and i have found him to be knowledgable and honest as well as cooperative. He understands the issue and then provides very good feedback as well. I think he is an asset for this dealership. More
