Appointments don’t seem to mean anything. I felt ignored. They were too busy to acknowledge me. At other times when they weren’t busy, they still didn’t acknowledge me. If I didn’t have a service package that I got with my car I wouldn’t use the dealership service. It seems to take longer than it should to do simple things and I can understand you’re busy but give me an acc I wouldn’t use the dealership service. 1 - Service was reserved for my '20 Outback XT, including a windshield replacement with Eyesight calibration. No information was provided to point me (an owner that had a prior service visit with windshield a windshield replacement with Eyesight calibration. No information was provided to point me (an owner that had a prior service visit with windshield replacement without the need for a separate appointment), to a related entity, Luther Collision & Glass, for a separate appointment before arriving at the dealership. This added 3 days to service the car. 2 - Request for a replacing a simple snap-on plastic cap resulted in replacement of the cap, but two additional components (not asked to be replaced & already replaced by me 2 months earlier) were also replaced and billed. This was corrected at my request. 3 - Quality of repairs and replaced components has been very good to date. More
