Wonderful service on a cold winter's day! On April 7, after not driving for a chilly Minnesota month, I discovered that the 4y-old battery in my 2014 Forester was dead and wouldn't take a char On April 7, after not driving for a chilly Minnesota month, I discovered that the 4y-old battery in my 2014 Forester was dead and wouldn't take a charge. Called White Bear Subaru and they told me what needed to be done, arranged for a tow the next day from St. Paul, worked on the car and drove it back to my house the next day with a new battery, some back springs replaced (they were part of a recall) and a 12-month multi-point inspection and oil change was performed (that I usually have done in June). They recommended using the trickle charger all the time since the electronics in cars nowadays draw power even when parked in the garage! Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful - sorry I didn't get all their names! I couldn't be more pleased with this car and with all the service I have always received from White Bear Subaru since 2015 when I bought the car from them! Would recommend them in a heartbeat! More

I walked around in cool damp weather (due to corona virus) for an hour and a half, returned and found my car hadn't even gone into the shop. I had other commitments that day as well so it was just inconvenient and NOT urgent but they said they had a deadline to get my radio/core switched out or Subaru would charge them $900. That seemed ridiculous and unyielding considering the social distancing restrictions in Minnesota. So I feel like i went there to help them out with the corporation but I was made to wait two hours instead of one. More
