Recall and other items. Excellent in all respects. They got me a next day service time, they sent me a reminder, and everything that I asked for was handled in about an hour. I know the recall was not a quick fix but they did it in the amount of time they estimated to me. I had a couple of other items that I just mentioned to them and those were handled to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the use of masks and the convenience of space available to maintain social distancing. The cleaning of the car was exceptional - not just a wash job. The friendliness of both the sales and service employees was far superior to what I had experienced at a local Toyota dealership located nearby. More

Service is a pleasure I brought my 2018 Outback in for a standard oil change and tire rotation a few days ago. I was out the door--care serviced, vacuumed, and washed--in under an hour, complete with a multipoint inspection and formal estimate for the major service which occurs at 60,000 miles. I love working with WBSubaru: rapid service, good waiting area, rapid departure, fair price. They're part of the reason I keep buying subarus. More

Exceptionsl service from Dee I have always gotten wonderful service from Dee and his team, and this time was no exception. I appreciated getting a loaner while my Forester was get I have always gotten wonderful service from Dee and his team, and this time was no exception. I appreciated getting a loaner while my Forester was getting serviced, especially since it took longer than expected due to corona virus staffing by the dealership. Prompt and timely status updates from Dee were especially appreciated. Dee always goes out of his way to make sure I'm ready to roll with resetting some of my preferences on features that get changed when they have to be re-booted during servicing. Thanks so much, Dee.
