Very disappointed again. My 1 1/2 hour wait for a Very disappointed again. My 1 1/2 hour wait for a recall repair turned into 4 hours with no contact as to why the delay until we asked. Not only did they do the service I needed done but they washed and cleaned my car on site. They do an amazing job and don't hold back on service and friendliness. More

Subura recall items corrected. I stopped in and in the 3 minutes to get checked in, it started pouring rain. I asked to get my umbrella out of my car and the tech went out and drove I stopped in and in the 3 minutes to get checked in, it started pouring rain.
