I brought my car in for an oil change and asked that a rear backup light be replaced. I was told that all my rear lights worked and didn't need replacement. I got home and found that the light was still rear backup light be replaced. I was told that all my rear lights worked and didn't need replacement. Outstanding service and treatment when my "battery dead" car was towed to the service center and left overnight. The battery was promptly replaced with a new, stronger battery, and testing to see if other car was towed to the service center and left overnight. The battery was promptly replaced with a new, stronger battery, and testing to see if other sources of battery drainage were present. Fortunately it was only the dead battery that needed replacing. Extremely livid and dissatisfied with this location. Whoever serviced my vehicle told me I had 4-6mm left on my brake pads, about a month and a half later, my front brake pad fell off and I had to call Whoever serviced my vehicle told me I had 4-6mm left on my brake pads, about a month and a half later, my front brake pad fell off and I had to call a tow truck. They are extremely lucky this happened after I got off the freeway and no accident occurred but something needs to be done for how serious that miscalculation was. More
