I visited White Bear Subaru for a recall of the catalytic converter on my Subaru witch had failed and caused a code to come up on the computer. the converter was replaced but they refused to erase the codes converter on my Subaru witch had failed and caused a code to come up on the computer. the converter was replaced but they refused to erase the codes with out charging me. It would have taken them less than five minutes to hook up there computer and erase the codes, I have purchased 2 new Subaru's there but will never return! More

Everyone was very pleasant. There was something missed on one of our forms and Dan was great and drove to our home to take care of the issue. We also love our Subaru.
